Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SurfaceVector collects, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

Effective: September 8, 2026 Last updated: September 8, 2026

Important: Do not submit passwords, private keys, authentication tokens, classified information, controlled unclassified information, protected health information, payment-card data, or other highly sensitive material through a general website form or ordinary email.

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to SurfaceVector.com and webpages that link to this policy (collectively, the “Site”). SurfaceVector is a brand operated by Demigon Holdings LLC (“Demigon,” “SurfaceVector,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy covers information handled through the Site. A separate contract, statement of work, product notice, application notice, or third-party policy may govern information handled through a specific professional engagement, software product, training service, or external platform.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • Your name, company or organization, email address, phone number, and other contact details.
  • Inquiry details, requested services, project objectives, environment descriptions, timelines, referral source, and messages.
  • Communications, feedback, testimonials, support requests, and records of our correspondence.
  • Billing, transaction, or business information needed for a paid engagement. Payment-card information may be collected directly by a third-party payment processor rather than by SurfaceVector.
  • Information you submit when registering for training, requesting a proposal, downloading a resource, or otherwise interacting with the Site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, hosting, security, content-delivery, analytics, or similar systems may automatically process technical information such as:

  • IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, operating system, language, and network information.
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, timestamps, session data, and diagnostic events.
  • Cookie identifiers, local-storage values, and information used to maintain Site functionality, measure use, prevent abuse, and protect the Site.

Information from other sources

We may receive limited information from service providers, referral partners, public sources, professional contacts, or third-party platforms when you interact with SurfaceVector through those services.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
  • Respond to inquiries, evaluate requested work, prepare proposals, provide support, and communicate about services or training.
  • Provide and administer products, downloads, training, professional engagements, or other requested services.
  • Process transactions, maintain business records, and meet accounting, tax, compliance, and contractual obligations.
  • Understand Site performance and usage, develop content, and measure the effectiveness of Site features.
  • Detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, misuse, malicious activity, security incidents, or violations of our Terms.
  • Protect our rights, users, systems, and the public, and comply with applicable law or valid legal process.
  • Send updates or marketing communications where permitted. You may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us.

4. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The Site and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, log files, and similar technologies. These technologies can support essential functions, remember preferences, measure traffic, identify errors, reduce abuse, and protect the Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect certain Site functions. Because browser “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by one consistent standard, the Site may not respond to every such signal. Where applicable law requires recognition of a supported opt-out preference signal, we will handle it as required.

5. When we disclose information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: to vendors supporting hosting, security, email, forms, analytics, payments, document delivery, scheduling, customer support, or other business operations.
  • Business and professional relationships: to contractors, advisers, insurers, accountants, attorneys, or potential transaction partners when reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate obligations.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or valid government requests; enforce agreements; investigate abuse; or protect rights, safety, systems, or property.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
  • With your direction or consent: when you ask us to disclose information or otherwise authorize the disclosure.

SurfaceVector does not directly sell personal information for money. Third-party advertising, affiliate, analytics, or commerce platforms may independently process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Third-party services and affiliate links

The Site may link to Amazon and other merchants, social networks, application stores, external projects, embedded media, or third-party platforms. Some links may be affiliate links, which can allow SurfaceVector to earn a commission from qualifying activity without increasing your purchase price.

Third parties control their own websites, technologies, and privacy practices. This policy does not govern information they collect. Review the privacy policy and settings of any third-party service before providing information or making a purchase.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide requested services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, or contractual requirements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, its sensitivity, the context in which it was collected, and applicable obligations.

8. Information security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe information associated with SurfaceVector has been compromised, contact us promptly at [email protected]. Do not include exploit code, credentials, or sensitive third-party data in the initial message.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

To submit a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and the email address or interaction involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may be asked to provide proof of authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

11. International visitors

SurfaceVector is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection rules different from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site, our services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the Site or another reasonable method when required.
